Industry relationships.
Editorial policy.
Medicine is complicated. Transparency is not.
Guests are selected because we believe they have something valuable to say to practicing foot and ankle surgeons and podiatrists. We do not sell guest slots. Existing relationships, prior co-authorship, or shared training programs may affect who we invite, but sponsorship status never does.
Sponsorships are disclosed three ways: verbally at the start of the sponsored episode, in the show notes with a link to this page, and in the lifetime sponsor list below. If a product we sponsor is discussed outside of the paid placement, the relationship is disclosed again at that point in the conversation.
Clinical recommendations on the show are framed as “what I do” rather than “what you should do.” Guests are asked to explain their reasoning, not defend a guideline. Nothing on the podcast is medical advice.
Guest conflicts of interest are handled the same way Dr. Kadakia's are: disclosed verbally at episode open and repeated in the show notes.
No active industry relationships at this time.
If any arise, they will be listed here and disclosed verbally at the open of any episode in which they're relevant.
Disclosures updated · April 2026
No sponsors to date.
Once we have sponsors, every sponsor is listed here with the episode or episodes they sponsored and their primary product line.
